the location was excellent, close to the major international airport which flies to countries in northern europe as well as city centre. the staff was amiable and super friendly, as well as host.

I had perfectly clean and warm room with a handy kitchenette and a comfortable bed. Extras like central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator were appreciated. I greatly enjoyed best possible location of the hotel, adjacent to local shops, and the bus station in the morning: )

All of the staff were amicable, kind. The setting was absolutely perfect, short walk to the bus station in the morning and city centre.

Had rather big and fairly QUIET room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it. Location: the hotel was not far from public transport as well as Tuzla airport.

It was only a short 5-minute walk from Tuzla airport, making it extremely convenient, especially if you have an early flight. Additionally, the hotel was very easy to reach from Tuzla bus station, which was a great bonus.

It was so close to the airport that you could easily walk there. the nearby bus station made it easy to navigate the city in the morning. the rooms were very clean and spacious, providing plenty of space to relax before the flight.

The lack of air conditioning made it quite difficult to get a good night's sleep during hot summer nights.

The free wifi and air conditioning were a lifesaver during our stay. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the airport. We appreciated the complementary bottles of water and the coffee and tea provided in the room.

We were disappointed by the heavy traffic noise that could be heard through the non-soundproofed windows. It made it difficult to sleep at night, especially since we had an early flight to catch.
